when it comes to …
when it comes to the body do not expect fast results…… well you can go to a dentist to withen your teeth… or a more slower way use crest whitening every day and be constant, this tooth paste has a little more flouride than the rest this will whiten your teeth safely…. hope it helps
P.S. do not use “home methods” (i dont know how else to put it but…) like burnt torlilla, hidrogen peroxide, baking soda, lemon… etc. they do work but at a high price they will cost you your teeht…

Flouride does NOT cause brittle bones and yes it is found in tap water but in low quantitivea this is to prevent cavities…FLOURIDE IS THE ACTIVE INGRIDIEN THAT TOOTH PASTES HAVE WITCH HELPS PREVENT CAVITIES AND WHITENS YOUR TEETH… baking soda will deminarilze your teeth giving the ilusion of being whiter but become more sensitive!!!!
