How do you floss your teeth?

I have crooked teeth and I really want to learn how to floss my teeth. Can someone please tell me with specific instructions (and using units such as mm, cm, etc) how to floss my teeth. When should I floos my teeth and how often?

I am male and 13 by the way.

Good for you! Flossing is extremely important. Especially with crooked teeth (they tend to collect more plaque build-up than straight teeth; I have some crooked ones too). I’m going to post a link on here that should take you to the American Dental Association website, all you should have to do is click on the flossing tab and a video will begin.
