How do you floss teeth when you have braces and very not much room inbetween teeth? Any tips on Damon Braces?

Please don’t use a toothpick! You will break your braces and get wood splinters — very dangerous with braces. It is difficult to thread floss under the wire without the blue floss threaders. There is a floss called Superfloss that is all one piece. It has the threader at one end so you just have to pull the floss through to use it. It is much easier than the threaders if you can find it.

You could also use an electric flosser called the Hummingbird by Oral B.

  1. you put the floss under your wire, then floss.
Or you can buy those blue flossers when you out the floss in the hoop and you pull it through. It’s really cheap.
