    @CHATERBOXGIRL you have to be really careful when you gargle with it, but it can help with inflamed tonsils and it can help when you have a sore throat, but you have to be EXTREMELY careful to not swallow any of it. Also it can help to whiten teeth, they use it in all the tooth whitening products on the market, but it does eat enamel so you have to be careful, especially if you have erosion or sensitivity

    Be careful with the peroxide though, because it softens the enamel in you teeth and can cause irreversible erosion. and be careful when you are doing any kind of off the wall routine with your mouth, like lemon because the acid will also destroy you enamel and cause sensitivity and pain. Other wise this is really good advise and over all a natural remedy that seems to work.

    think she made it pretty simple jus use salt prob any way you like jus brush ur teeth with it.

    the key to get rid of bad breath is to brush your tong when you brush your teeth but only tooth paste, salt wont taste nice at all. you can also get tong scrapers and special tong brushes. they dont tell you to but i put toothpaste on mine then brush my tong for extra freshness :D . you will no your tong is fresh and clean when the residue that comes of your tong is as clear as it can be.

    i thought you use baking soda. cause “arm and hammer” uses baking soda. and i think theres another way to make your teeth white. i know its going to taste disgusting, if you don’t got toothpaste in your home, use baking soda with water. it really works i tried it. my mom told me this, and she’s 50. :D

    My teeth aren’t starburst yellow but the shade of yellow is obvious on some of my teeth i’ve been using baking soda for a minute and it hasn’t been working so i’ll try your salt remedy and continue with the baking soda to see if it works i don’t know if you notice but you smack alot when you talk must of just finished brushing your teeth lol also lol @ don’t swallow talking bout the proxide or the salt, whoa lol
