How much should it cost (approx) for a child’s teeth cleaning from a pediatric dentist? Cash price?

Thanks for the answers- I actually don’t have dental insurance and wanted to know what a "market price" is for a pediatric dental cleaning/check up. The pediatric dentist we go to charges $130 which seemed really high to me.
