I had cavities in between two teeth, so besides for drilling away the chewing surface, my dentist drilled away the sides of two teeth with touch each other, and put in silver fillings, so each tooth has one side which is really fake and just silver amalgam. I brush my teeth usually 2 times a day some times 3. When i floss i realize that my floss goes between my tooth and gum on my front lower teeth. Is that normal or is it a sign of of gum receding? Im am kinda freaking out plz help

If I try to floss my teeth, it takes some force to get the floss in-between and I end up tearing it and bleeding from the gums.
